He is the founder of several private and public companies (American Stock Exchange & NASDAQ), that have achieved more than 1 billion US dollars in market capitalization value. Mr. Hansen founded and built the world's leading modern equity transaction network company, which was sold to the NYSE in December 2009 in a 150 million US dollars cash transaction.

Mr. Hansen has been a featured speaker and a panelist on many domestic and international conferences and has been interviewed on CNN, CNBC and Bloomberg television several times.

Lars Kragh is Board Member of several international investment and operating companies. Mr. Kragh has 25 years’ research, development and management experience in telecommunications, shipping and financial market automation and modernization. As a co-founder and executive of several private and public companies, Mr. Kragh has an extensive successful track record of providing research, development direction and technical leadership for hundreds of highly skilled engineers in development, manufacturing, systems, data center and logistics operations.

Mr. Kragh possesses in depth knowledge of research methods and execution, advanced technologies product design, market structures, transaction cost analysis methods, execution performance measurement methods and quality assurance programs. He is celebrated by his peers and has been granted and assigned 8 patents (in use) for innovative technical and business concepts over the last 15 years. Mr. Kragh holds a Masters of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Danish University of Technology.

Mr. Kragh is an avid active research participant, planning contributor and investor in eco, agricultural and environmentally friendly initiatives.

Carsten Wittrup, Project Manager, Board Member

Carsten Wittrup is an international innovation leader with an engineering background applied in the food, beverage and water markets.

Mr. Wittrup has acted as Global Director and Sector Head for several multinational companies operating in more than 70 countries and with revenues ranging from 500 million to in excess of 16 billion US dollars. Stationed for years in Europe, South America and USA, he has lead market introduction efforts within the field of innovative processing methods and technologies for establishing or improving novel Aqua culture processes, water services, water recycling, optimized food processing for meat, poultry, fish and freezing thereof.

In addition to involvement with private and public corporations, Mr. Wittrup has a significant track record of interaction with Universities, Government agencies, Consultancies and Economic Development agencies.

Mr. Wittrup is a specialist in implementation of patent strategies and planning of commercial Intellectual Property (IP) licensing. He is an International speaker and contributing author to several publications and books. He has an engineering degree from The Technical University of Denmark.
